Every Tuesday, the Tulsa Running Club and Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa presents Speed Training at the University of Tulsa track at 6th and Delaware.
Sessions begin at 6pm, but it is strongly recomended that you arrive early to warm up. Workouts are led by David Brennan of the OU-Tulsa Human Performance Laboratory and Bobby Bomer.
